Our team will assist you with booking the venue for the wake or confirming the funeral home to ensure a smooth process during this emotional time.

✅ Step 2: Arrange for a certified doctor.

Contact a certified doctor to confirm the cause of death and issue the required death certificate, a necessary document for proceeding with the funeral arrangements.

✅ Step 3: Doctor will submit death certificate.

The doctor will submit the death certificate directly to ICA for digital processing, which is necessary to proceed with further legal formalities.

✅ Step 4: Complete the death registration at mylegacy.life.gov.sg.

Once the certificate is issued, you can register the death online through the official government portal for processing and to receive an official death certificate.

✅ Step 5: Download electronic death certificate.

You will be provided with the official digital death certificate, which is crucial for the next steps in funeral and burial arrangements.

✅ Step 6: Arrange obituary and funeral process.

Once you have the digital death certificate, you can arrange for the obituary and coordinate the cremation or burial according to your family's wishes.

✅ Step 7: Prepare deceased's clothes and photograph.

Gather personal belongings like clothing and a recent photograph of the deceased to be used during the funeral service or memorial display.
